In this podventure, we discuss the episode “Hold Up!” in which the closing routine at Whit’s End is interrupted by an affable robber who wants Connie and Eugene to just, yaknow, hand over the money before someone gets hurt :) What a perfect case study for the debate about the basic nature of humankind! It’s the episode that’s mostly comedy gold with a quick dip into the horror genre right at the end! Also, what do we mean by “basic” human nature? Is this a debate worth having? As long as it’s not a smoke screen for talking about more important issues!
